Survey Analyzer is in a closed test. This page says, in plain words, what we keep, who sees it, and how to delete it.

What we store

• Your account: name, email and a scrambled (hashed) password. We cannot read your password.
• Your project: the details you type, and the chapters you upload (we keep their text).
• Your questionnaires, and your respondents' answers, whether typed in, imported, sent through the online form, or read from photos.
• Photos of filled questionnaires you upload.
• The Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 drafts we produce, and any feedback you send us.
• Technical logs (pages requested, errors), kept to fix problems.

Respondents filling in the online form are anonymous unless your questionnaire asks for their name. Please do not ask for names you do not need.

Where it goes: the AI service

To read your chapters, draft your questionnaire, read handwriting on photos, code interviews and write Chapters 4 and 5, we send the relevant text or photo to an AI model (OpenAI's, through the OpenRouter service). They process it to give us an answer. We do not send your name or email with it. The numbers in your chapters are always computed by our own software from your data, never by the AI.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your work with other students.

Who can see your work

Only you, and during this test the small team running it, who may open projects to fix problems and improve the tool. We keep backups of the database for 14 days.

How to delete it

• Delete a single photo, dataset or whole project from inside the app. Its photos are deleted from the server too.
• Delete your whole account and everything in it under Account.
• Backups containing it disappear within 14 days.
